Wrong Size/Item Ordered: We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges. 

Wrong Product Shipped: If you received the wrong item, color or size, please email us within 2 business days from the receipt of delivery so that we can provide steps to exchange the incorrect item for the correct item.

 

Please know customers must first return the incorrect item in it's original packaging. Items must be returned in it's original packaging and original condition unworn.

 

We will reserve the right to request pictures in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages, manufacture defects or wrong items shipped. Please know that we reserve the right to disagree with claims regarding manufacture defects; incorrect sizing, odors, and color schemes.
